Monday To Friday 6.00am - 10.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 7.00am - 6.00pm (pool)  7.00am  - 10.00pm (sports hall)

The Club offers the following facilities

Gym: Our fully equipped kinetika gym includes state of the art 'Technogym' equipment, and is managed by our friendly qualified fitness instructors. Plus, all new members to the gym receive 5 free personal training sessions!
